Rejecting the Gods of the lands, The Ninth Circle instead chooses to worship a dark God they call Satan. It is their hope and their purpose that through blood ritual and the darkest of the dark arts they will be able to call to their God and their calls will be heard. The Circle works to bring all the lands under the influence of Satan and be rid of those they believe to be false Gods.

Acting as Prophets of He with many names, The Ninth Circle shares a loose alliance with the Church of Shadows. It is a bond formed for the sole purpose of killing those who worship false Gods, to turn the lands of Norlondar, Neo and Kjeldoran into Hell on earth.

To The Ninth Circle, there is no concept of a consciense. Their Dark Lord has taught them that their happiness is ALL that matters and it is their God-given right to be in posession of whomever or whatever they want. The self first and the self only. They believe that the laws and mores established by the false Gods are simply methods of oppressing and restraining the true potential of the individual. They reject all that is "law" and so do in the name of an unholy saviour and dark independence.

Skilled Necromancers lead the Ninth, their candles tallowed from the fat of infants and their spells ancient rites of black magick, promising a spot in the the true Ninth Circle when Hell is released upon the lands.

"In nomine Satanus," the call of The Ninth Circle. Why they are allowed to exist in the lands remains a mystery. Perhaps it is to keep a watchful eye on an ominous foe or perhaps the will of Satan has already penetrated the lands.

There is no God above, beyond or past Satan. He is to be revered at all times in all actions.

The Gods of the lands are false prophets of empty messages. They are to be forsaken.

All members of the Ninth will take part in ritualistic sacrifice, the Vestal Virgins of Morakai are to be targets.

The Circle will slaughter without mercy or a second regard the followers of the false prophets. Clans not under the spell of the false will not be attacked unless necessary.

Matters of The Ninth Circle are never to be shared, no matter how sweet the bait. Satan hears all.

Entering The Ninth Circle:

Postulant must believe in the true omnipotence of the one Dark God, Satan.

Postulant must denounce in public all the false Gods of the lands.

Postulant must contribute one infant or Vestal Virgin to the Ninth.

Postulant must swear to kill all agents of the false Gods before anyone else.

Postulant must leave a note inked in their own blood to The Ninth Circle and be Second Tier or higher.
